She was predeceased by: her parents, Jesse Cruz and Rosie Cruz; and her siblings, Ruben, Anita, Jesse Jr. and Ernie.
She is survived by: her children, Simon Collazo III, Zoe Monae McElhaney and Josiah McElhaney; and her siblings, Rudy Cruz, Rosemary Perez and Angelo Cruz. She is also survived by many loving aunts, cousins, nephews, nieces, in laws and life long friends.
