She is survived by: her children, Krystal Kerns, Ashley Kerns and Kirby Kerns; her grandchildren, Sebastian Amescua, Makenzie Amescua and Jameson Kerns; and her siblings, Denny Shaw, Margaret Hammers, Trisha Potter, Janice Hammers, David Shaw and Jerry Shaw.
