He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Chiesa and Teresa Chiesa; and his brother David'Butch'Chiesa. He is survived by: his granddaughters, Nancy and Dianna; his wife JoAnn Chiesa; his children, Jeffrey Chiesa (Ellen), Edward Chiesa, Nancy Miller (Michael) and Dianna Wells (Arne); his grandsons, Thomas, Andrew Chiesa, Austin, Brennan and Garrett Miller; and his sister Deanna Hauser. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
