He is survived by: his wife Dora Sandoval of Fresno; his daughters, Rebecca DeLeon of Benicia, Theresa Magallanez of Citrus Heights, Ramona Soliz of Fresno and Rena Sandoval of Elk Grove; and his siblings, Frank Sandoval of Fresno, Mario Sandoval, Louie Padilla of Los Angeles and Martha De Souza of Los Angeles. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren and twelve great-grandchildren.
