She was predeceased by: her husband Leroy Mull. She is survived by: her children, Daryl Mull of Chowchilla and Glynnis Mull of Sacramento; her siblings, Wanda Bollinger, Lloyd "Tuffy" Smith, Bernice Teeter and Linda Fernandez; and her grandchildren, Royce Mull and Savannah Mull.
Out of the concern for the health of others and the Covid-19 pandemic and Ruby's wishes, services are private for family members.
