He is survived by: his wife Elzena Huddleston Owen; his children, Tony Owen (Sandy), Richard Owen and Gayle Taylor of Midland, TX; his grandchildren, Steven Owen and Jessica Neese (Kevin); his great grandchildren, Matthew Griffin, Beau Neese and Ava Neese; his uncle Charles Owen (Georgia); and his aunt Lois Coleman.
