He was predeceased by: his parents, Chuck Girardi and Carmen Girardi; and his siblings, Karen and Ken. He is survived by: his children, Gianni, Sarah, Richard Antenucci, Rocky Antenucci, Mitch Koch and Dale White; and his former wife Mary Jane Girardi.
