He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Thomas Franco and Flora Franco; his son Sean Franco; and his siblings, Thomas, Anthony, Carmelita, Marie Saldivar and Irene Gonzales. He was also cherished by many nieces, nephews, brothers and sisters in law, and extended family.
