He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Silva and Myrtle Silva. He is survived by: his wife Michele; his children, Nicole Daniels (Roger) and Brandon Silva (Cicily); his grandson Adam Richard Silva; and his siblings, Terry Garner of Fresno, John Silva (Marcia) and Sandra Salcido (Chris).
