He is survived by: his wife Benita Gonzales; his son Raymundo M. Gonzales Jr.; his daughter-in-law Anna T. Gonzales; his sister Palmira; his brother-in-law Albert Cavazos; and his grandchildren, Ray Daniel, Cassandra Gonzales, Beau and Austen English.
