She was predeceased by: her parents, Mike Ortiz and Jennie Reyna Ortiz; her siblings, Rosalie, Yolanda and Micheal; and her granddaughter Alexa.

She is survived by: her children, Lucy, Sal and Liz. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren. 2 sons-in-law, 1 daughter-in-law, 2 Sisters and 2 Brothers.
