He is survived by: his wife Maryellen Carrillo; his children, Yolanda Arrocha, Margie Flores, Ralph Jr and Freddie Carrillo; his children-in-law, Diane, Mary, April Carrillo, Alfred Flores and Conrad Arrocha; and his siblings, Dora Criado, Francis Diaz, Lupe Carrillo, Norma Valles and Manuel Carrillo.
