It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Philip Henry Philips II of Fresno, California, who passed away on December 8, 2020, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Philip H. Philips I and Marjorie Swift Philips; his wife Kathleen Philips; his children, Kelly Philips Densing (Matthew), Philip Philips (Rebecca Philips), Christina Philips and Charles Philips (Chuck); his stepdaughter Shannon Calhoun Sizemore; his grandchildren, Garrett Philips, Madison Philips, Taylor Densing, Calista Densing, Connor Densing, Lani Philips, Jasmine Philips and Chris Sizemore; his siblings, Nancy Philips Morgan (David Morgan) and Charles Philips (Sally Philips); and his niece Courtney Philips Criswell.
