He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Pablo Laygo and Elisea Laygo; his wife Lois; his daughter Estrella Parker; his son-in-law Dan O'Brien; his children, Vickie Veen (John), Lisa Nadeau (Rick), Joseph Laygo (Norma), Charles Laygo (Lanie) and Paul Anthony Laygo (Patricia); his son-in-law Henry Parker Sr.; and his grandchildren, Shawn, Natasha, Henry Jr., Tiffany, Paul Jr., Sarah, Jonathan, Casey, Joseph Jr., Megan, Charles Jr., Veronica, Amanda, Brittany, Stacy and Brandon. He was also cherished by 19 great-grandchildren.
