We are sad to announce that on December 28, 2018, Oweta Wicks (Fresno, California), born in Durant, Oklahoma passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her spouse Raymond L. Wicks; and her parents, Samuel Boykin Ross and Della Denton Ross. She was also cherished by parents, a career she enjoyed, a beloved husband who was caring, responsible and achieving, by her children who gave her adventure, of whom she loved and who loved and cherished her, by eight grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
