She is survived by: her children, Cynthia Smith (Troy), Diane Garcia, John Garcia, Jr. (Rose) and Marco Yrigollen Garcia; and her siblings, Carol Yrigollen Frietze, Salvador Mata and Frank Yrigollen. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren.
