He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Albert Kandarian and Adeline Kandarian; his wife Carol Ann; his children, Wendy Kandarian of Alexandria, Virginia, Jill Valero, Mark Kandarian of Clovis and Todd Kandarian of Fresno; his son-in-law Phillip Valero; his siblings, Larry Kandarian (Marianne) of Los Osos and Sharon Montejano (Richard) of Atascadero; his sister-in-law Darlene Martin (Michael) of Fowler; and his grandchildren, Allison Kandarian of Vineyard, Samuel Kandarian of Fresno, Anakin, Joseph, Nevaeh and Serra Valero. He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews and many other loving extended family.

The family would appreciate donations to the American Heart Association and the National Kidney Foundation in remembrance of Norman.
