She was predeceased by: her parents, Emil Reda and Violet Reda; her husband Duane Bennett; her sister Doris Smiley; her son Michael Pierson; and her husband Emil RedaFather.

She is survived by: her sister Lois Seppi of Whittier; her children, Melinda (Richard Waugh) of Nipomo, Marcia (Mike Bane) of Fresno and David Bennett of Clovis; her stepson Rick (Donna Bennett) of Chowchilla; and her grandchildren, Brian Taylor, Ben Taylor, Britney Mehling, Justin Bane, Kelli Larsen, Amanda Bennett, Everrett "Evy" Bennett, Christina Alarcon and Erin Ballard. She is also survived by numerous great grandchildren.
