He is survived by: his wife Adrian Arlene Garcia; his stepchildren, Irene, Tammy, Angela and Thomas Garcia Jr; his children, Stephanie Nicole and Mark Jr.; his siblings, Tony, Diana, Kathy and Christina; his cousin Terese Vespertino; and his parents, Jose Candelario Rodriguez and Jennie Pauline Montelongo. He is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and extended family and friends.
