He was predeceased by: his father Manuel Holguin Gomez; his brother Robert Gomez Sr.; and his grandchild Baby Cardenas. He is survived by: his daughters, Valerie Valadez (Martin Valadez), Cynthia Gomez-Nelson, Gina Perez (Jimmy Perez), Michelle Gomez and Summer Cardenas (Joel Cardenas); the mother of his children Margaret Gomez; and his grandchildren, Andrea Valadez, Miracle Nelson, Mariah Nelson, Vinny Valadez and Natalia Cardenas. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
