He was predeceased by: his parents, Ira Perry Bell and Lola Suter Bell; his wife Dorothy; his son Michael Bell; and his brothers, Richie Bell and John Bell.

He is survived by: his daughter Linda Gaad (Bill); his grandchildren, Jodie Bell Weaver (Chad), Brian Gaad, Jamie Bell Gill (Jimmy) and Julie Bell Moore (Austin); his siblings, Bob Bell (Joyce), Jim Bell (Linda) and Betty Burger; and his sisters-in-law, Margaret Osier and Barbara Hand. He is also survived by several loving nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, remembrances in Les's name may be made to the California Armenian Home, who compassionately helped care for Les or the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation.
