We are sad to announce that on November 28, 2023, at the age of 104, Laura Katherine Proctor of Fresno, California, born in Binger, Oklahoma passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Jack Lavern Proctor; her children, Donna J. Hernandez, William R. Proctor "Bill", Kathy S. Allen and Paula Ellen Proctor; and her parent Paul Frank.

She is survived by: her daughter Jacqueline Velarde (John). She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
