“I remember Julie from her time as a student in the Tehachapi Unified School District. Her huge smile from the time she was a little girl in elementary school, perhaps Tompkins, through her junior year at Tehachapi High stands out in my memory. Julie's entire face lit up when she smiled and it made others smile around her. Julie was always being kind and reaching out to help peers when they were in need so I am not surprised to learn she became a nurse. Val Bowman- Teacher”
