He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Frank and Justine Combs-Frank; and his brother Terry Frank (Sue). He is survived by: his wife Jeanne Frank; his children, Jason Frank (Lana) and Jennifer Kornegay (Jarrod); and his half-brother Joe M. Frank (Karen). He is also survived by 9 Grandchildren and 5 Great Grandchildren.
