He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Emanuel Britt, Sr. and La Verne Eloise Britt; and his grandson Kobi Goodman. He is survived by: his wife Patricia; his children, Tonya, Joseph, Jr., Ronald, Krystle and Ocean; his stepdaughter Janay; and his siblings, Jan Britt Dixson and Karl Britt. He is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins.
