He is survived by: his wife Gloria Rios of Fresno; his daughters, Dolores Alvarez (David) of Clovis, Cathy Orozco (Benjamin) of Clovis, Clovis Rodriguez of Clovis and Cindy Rodriguez (Greg) of Clovis; his siblings, Vincent Rios of Durham, Felis Maxwell of Fresno, Mary Louise Palacios of Fresno and Carmen Saldate of Fresno; his grandchildren, David John Alvarez, Kimberly Alvarez, Benjamin Orozco, Jr., Angelina Orozco and Briel Rodriguez; and his great grandchildren, Ariana Lucero, John Alvarez, Andrew Alvarez, Matthew Alvarez, Aubrey Granados and Benjamin Michael Orozco, Jr..
