It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jeannine Blanchard (Fresno, California), who passed away on March 6, 2019, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her siblings, Bardolph and Selma Torstenson (Hastad); her husband Robert Blanchard; her children, Dan of San Diego and Sara of Fresno; her grandchildren, Rachel, Rebecca and Danny; her siblings, Gale Torstenson of Minnesota and Marcia Torstenson of England; and also, Jennifer, Barbara and David. She was also cherished by relatives and lifelong friends.
