He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Calixto Mercado and Rosemary Mercado; his daughter Kristina Noriega (Mark); his stepsons, Jason (Veronica) and Joey Armstrong (Destiny); his grandchildren, Marisa Delavega (Adam), Adrianna Noriega (Rob "Leonardo"), Makayla Armstrong, Sage Armstrong and Mark Noriega Jr.; and his great grandchildren, Jeremiah and Isabella Delavega.
