He was predeceased by: his parents, Homer Phillips and Vida Phillips. He is survived by: his pets, Prince and Princeton; his wife Roberta Phillips; his daughter Lynn Arthur Grabowski (Robert Grabowski) of Fresno, CA; his grandchildren, Alanna Arthur-Chee (Steve Chee), Michelle Arthur-Cowan (Jared Cowan) of Sherman Oaks, CA and Chelsea Langford (Erin Langford) of Fontana, CA.; and his great grandchildren, Brooklyn Cowan, Capri Langford, Stanley Langford, Cambell Langford and Baby Langford.
To honor his memory, we have created the James "Leon" Phillips Memorial Fund—a way to continue his mission of serving the community, making a difference, and living happy and well, just as he always did until the day he passed.
