He is survived by: his significant other Frances; his children, Vic Breedlove (Jennifer) of Fresno, Rhonda Olson of Murrieta, CA, Tana Herner (Phil) of Palmyra, Virginia, Debbie Burnett (Bart) and Elaine Kiddy of Coarsegold, CA.; his siblings, Bill Breedlove of Madera, Brenda Stiles of Madera and Kathy Fahey of Fresno; and his grandchildren, Kara, Jarod, Kassandra, Sarah, Jacob, Eric, Jake, Brandy, Heidi, Russell, Victoria, Allison and Tyler.
