With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Helen LaVerne Hickerson (Fresno, California), born in Madera, California, who passed away on September 1, 2022 at the age of 72. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Gordon Hickerson and Minnie Hickerson; and her siblings, George Hickerson, Marie Simpson and Wanda Farmer.
She is survived by: her children, Michael and LeeAnna; her son-in-law Ran; her grandsons, Noah, Nevan and Reese; her sister Lela; her sister-in-law Evelyn; and her cousin Billie. She is also survived by friends and family.
For many years Helen would donate her time to make her famous big red bows for Tranquillity's annual Red Ribbon parade.
