He was predeceased by: his wife Sheree Ray; and his son Ryan Ray. He is survived by: his son Sean Ray; and his siblings, Monica Lovgren, Marcia Shaw and Brian Ray.

The family asks that donations to Fresno Humane Animal Services or the Marjaree Mason Center be made instead of flowers or other gifts.
