He was predeceased by: his parents, Ruby Lee Cummings Clark and Herbert Maurice Clark; his siblings, Eddie Ray and Maureen Lee; and his grandson Casey Berry.
He is survived by: his wife Grace Carolyn; his daughters, Terri Erskine (Mike), Kathy Clark and Alicia Clark (Erik Nelson); his grandchildren, Wendy Berry, Jeremy Ladd and Matthew Ladd; and his great grandchildren, Morgan Cabral, Natasha Hillway and Isabel Berry. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Remembrances may be made to Fresno Community Cancer Center, American Heart Association or Fresno Shin Zen Garden at Woodward Park.
