She is survived by: her husband Antonio Ortiz; and her children, Fransisca Perez (Alfred), Antonio Ortiz Jr. (Elisa), Daniel Ortiz and Ruth Ann De La (Henry). She is also survived by 16 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren, 2 brothers, 4 sisters and many nephews and nieces.
