He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Pete Bartel and Bienna Bartel (Kliewer); his wife Winnie; his daughters, Cindy (Darrel Patzkowsky) of Fresno, CA and Lori (Paul Martens) of Fairview, OK; and his grandchildren, Nick Patzkowsky (Nicole) of Kerman, CA, Travis Patzkowsky (Lisa) of Fresno, CA, Jake Martens (Stephanie) of Fairview, OK and Eileen Britz (Stephen) of Denton, TX. He was also cherished by ten great-grandchildren; three brothers and one sister.
