He was predeceased by: his parents, Jose Rodriguez and Rafaela Alvarez; his son Gilbert Bracamonte; and his siblings, Jesse, Leonardo, Joe, Josie, Hipolito and Robert.
He is survived by: his wife Maria Morfin; his children, John Bracamonte (Nancy), Ruben Bracamonte (Stephanie), Yolanda Morfin (Rogelio Gonzalez) and Nancy Morfin (Felix Miranda); and his siblings, Vera, Clifford, Daniel and Manuel. He is also survived by grandchildren, and 9 great grandchildren.
