She was predeceased by: her husband Nils Mike Decker; her mother Georgina Roza; and her brothers, Leslie Roza and Manuel Roza. She is survived by: her children, Timothy John Decker, Katie Marie Decker of Fresno Ca and Scott Arthur Decker of Fresno Ca; her daughter-in-law Marie Estrada Decker of Fresno Ca; her grandchildren, Michael Anthony Hill, Jadyn Decker Garrett and Nicho Decker; and her brothers, Gene Roza (Marylou Roza) of Lakeside Arizona, Robert Roza (Gail Roza) of Oakdale California and Franklin Roza of Atascadero California. She is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.

Diana received the very first Fansler Institute ECE Leader of The Year award for her contributions to the community.
