He was predeceased by: his parents, Domingo Arteaga and Juana Arteaga. He is survived by: his wife Irene Arteaga; his children, Diane, Ann Arteaga of Fresno, Susan Arteaga of Fresno, John Arteaga (Rachel) of Fremont, Richard Arteaga of Fresno and Luis Arteaga (Karen) of Sacramento; his grandchildren, Daniel Arteaga (Pang) of Fresno and Angela Walp of South Carolina; and his great grandchildren, Leianna, Daniel, Scarlett, Kimberly, Anthony, Madeline and Victoria. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
