She is survived by: her friend Patsy Faul; her son Rickie Allen Spradlin Jr.; her siblings, Richard Nottingham, Jerry Nottingham, William Nottingham, Beverly Hernandez and Della Torres; and her grandsons, Lucas Spradlin Rogers, Zachary Spradlin Rogers and Elijah Cantu Spradlin.
