He was loved and cherished by many people including: his daughters, Amanda Bane and Tara Bane; his mother Loretta Bane; his brother Randy Bane; and his father Raymond Bane. He was also cherished by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, countless cousins and numerous friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in his name to National Niemann- Pick Disease Foundation – P.O. Box 49, Fort Atkinson.
