He is survived by: his wife Katherine Millard of Fresno; his children, Wendy Montejano of Fresno, Richard Millard of Wayland and Brian Millard of Mission Viejo, California; and his siblings, Gerald Millard of The Villages, Melvin Millard of Rochester and Brenda O'Mara of Rochester. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
