He was loved and cherished by many people including: his sister Luanne Bishop-Kelly of Virginia; and his sons, Wesley of Florida, Robert of Kentucky, Frank of Fresno, David of Fresno and Jesse of Fresno. He was also cherished by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
