He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Rico Mangini and Martha Mangini; his brothers, Larry Mangini and Rick Mangini; his daughters, Lisa (Steve Thurman) and Tina (Ryan Rocca); his grandchildren, James Thurman and Rylee; and his daughters, Delaney and Aubrey Rocca.

In lieu of flowers, Chuck requested donations be made to Fresno/Madera Youth For Christ.
