He is survived by: his wife Rosemary Freeman; his daughters, Cheryl Freeman and Doris Freeman; his stepchildren, Sabrina McMurry and Jerrold McMurry; and his siblings, James Freeman, Joseph Freeman and Margarette McNeal. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
