He was predeceased by: his parents, Martin Koch and Madeleine Koch; and his brothers, Martin R. Koch (Dorothy) and Maurice R. Koch (Joanne). He is survived by: his sisters, Elizabeth (Al) and Kathleen (Warren Hardin); his former wife Judy; his wife Joanne Bernardi; his daughters, Kathryn (Laurie) and Julie (David Silva); and his granddaughters, Morgan and Chloe.
