Cecil is survived by: wife Mary L. Yoakum; children, Candy Smith, Michael Yoakum, Timothy Yoakum, Jeanie Yoakum, Steven Olson, Brian Olson, Susan Olson and Kip Olson; siblings, Barbara Freskcorn and Kenneth Yoakum; and also, William Arms Fisher Goin and Quiet.
