She was predeceased by: her parents, Freeman Self and Mattizae "Georgie" Self; her husband Jon; and her brothers, Charles "Cheezie" Self, W. L. Self and Glen Self.
She is survived by: her sons, Brad (Acacia Croy) and Darren (Jessica Croy); and her grandsons, Liam, Ethan and Hudson Croy.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 2nd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Resthaven Funeral Home & Memory Gardens (500 SW 104th St, Oklahoma City, OK 73139). A graveside service was held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
