He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Margaret; his children, Carlos Navarrette (Frances), David Navarrette (Delores), Margaret Navarrette and John Navarrette (Margarita); and his siblings, Lucy Galvez of Roseville and Henry Navarrette of Oakland. He was also cherished by 6 grandchildren.
