She was predeceased by: her mother Lonnie Raymond Phillips (Minnie); and her siblings, Floyd (Phillips), Charlie Phillips of Oklahoma, Gerald Phillips of Carmen California, Gladys Faye (Phillips) and Ruth Cardin of Mississippi.
She is survived by: her sister Doris LaBeau of Kerman California; her children, Tammy, Eddie Bingham of Fresno California and Gina Gallegos of Norfolk, Virginia.; and her grandchildren, Peter Villegos Fresno, Ibis Hernandez of Fresno, Vidal Hernandez of Knoxville, Melanie Garcia of Fresno, Jacob Garcia of Selma, Alice Bingham of Kentucky and Julia Bingham. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
