She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest A. Benck and June J Benck. She is survived by: her husband Robert D. Newman of Fresno; her children, Amy E. Newman of San Francisco, Mark D. Newman of Livermore and Steven M. Newman of Clovis; her stepchildren, Chrysti Newman of Raliegh, NC. and Robert Newman; her sister Jane Benck of Fresno; and her granddaughters, Jessica, Jennifer and Jacquilyn Draper of Ralieh, NC..
In Lieu of flowers the family has requested that a charitable donation be made to the Marjaree Mason Center where her cherished friend volunteers.
